I build websites in WordPress, the world’s most popular and commonly used CMS (Content Management System). Roughly a third of the websites on the internet run on WordPress. Why? Because it is easy to use and offers an almost limitless amount of customisations so I can make the website your business wants and needs. That’s where intelligent web design comes in. A lot of web designers begin with the aesthetic, and then try and retrofit the functionality, if they try at all. I start the other way around. I start by asking about the bigger picture; what does your business do? How is your website performing for you now? How do you want it to perform? Is it set up to achieve your business objectives? Only once those necessities are clear do we get into the creative and visual design solutions.
